I realized when I got the idea for this comic that I had no idea what to do if I found an injured or stunned bird. So the research part was fun, and thankfully all the sources said pretty much the same thing. Move the bird carefully to a safe and dark place to recover (especially for window strikes). If they seem just stunned, wait 15 minutes and then take the box back outside and open it to see if they are recovered enough to fly away. Otherwise contact/get them to a Wildlife Rehab Center as you cannot legally try and do it yourself unless you are properly licensed.
