Fat Cat sees Friday the 13th as an opportunity to combat the negative perception of black cats, and the silly superstition that they are in anyway unlucky. On the contrary, she happens to be SUPER LUCKY and her snuggles are even more so. ;)

I've always liked this quote from Ferris Bueller. :) I thought it would be fun to re-imagine it, as it would play out with Momocheet and Coco.

If there's one thing I've figured out through exercise and weight loss it's knowing my own body and mind and their respective limits and needs. Some gurus call for the 80-20 rule. Some say aim for 100, and it's ok to hit 99%. The idea is the same, allowing yourself some wiggle room for something you enjoy in healthy moderation. Keeps you healthy, happy, and sane. :)

Desperate times call for deep snuggle measures. ;)
